Venison Nachos

250g Venison Mince

1 can Mexican Chilli Beans

1 cup diced Tomatoes

1pkt Nacho Seasoning

1 Onion

1 Garlic

Corn Chips

Grated Mozzarella

Sour Cream

Sauté onion & garlic with a little olive oil then add the mince. When the mince is cooked add the chilli beans, tomatos and nacho seasoning, heat through allowing the mix to reduce. To serve arrange corn chips on plate, top with mix and sprinkle with cheese. Place in a moderate oven until cheese browns then serve with sour cream.
